What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that life happens! That’s why we allow one late cancellation or no-show without penalty.  However, if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to show up again in the future, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost for each missed appointment.  We appreciate your understanding as this helps us respect the time of our service providers and other clients.

What is your product return policy?

Unopened, unused retail items may be returned within 30 days for store credit.
Opened or used products cannot be returned, so if you’re unsure how your skin may react, ask us for a sample first.

Do you offer couples massages (two people in the same room)?

Our spa is designed for individual, private services. You're welcome to book services at the same time, just not in the same room.

Do you offer spa packages?

Our menu is à la carte, so you can mix and match your favorite treatments. Not sure what to pair? We’re happy to help with recommendations!

Do you accommodate group bookings?

Yes! Please schedule group appointments at least one month in advance. The number of guests we can accommodate depends on the services selected. Be sure to ask about our Spa Pamper Party—a fun option for small groups.

Do I need to fill out any paperwork?

Yes. All guests are required to complete a client profile before receiving a service. You’ll receive a link in your confirmation email or text—just click and fill it out before your appointment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

What happens if I’m running late?

Please plan to arrive on time so you can enjoy your full service.  If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to keep our schedule running smoothly—but you’ll still be charged the full cost of the service.  If you arrive too late for us to begin the service, you may need to reschedule, and our 24-hour cancellation policy will apply.  We appreciate your understanding as we work to respect everyone's time.

Do you offer a discount for paying with cash?

Yes! We offer a 5% discount on all regularly priced services and retail purchases when you pay in full with cash.  This discount does not apply to gift cards, checks, debit, or credit card payments.  It also cannot be combined with sale or promotional pricing—you’ll receive whichever discount is greater.

Are your prices subject to change?

Yes, prices may change at any time. We always strive to keep them fair while maintaining top-quality service and products.
