Spa Etiquette
-
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. We need time to prepare you for your service. You need time to slow down and relax.
-
Arriving late is a breach of etiquette and will cheat you of precious treatment minutes. Your service might have to be shortened to keep the day on schedule. Remember your treatment must end on time so that the next client is not delayed.
-
Please respect other guests and speak softly while walking through the spa hallways.
-
Please refrain from using cellular phones in the spa and during your spa services.
Health Concerns
-
When you call to book an appointment, be sure to alert us if you have high blood pressure, a heart condition, suffer from allergies or are pregnant.
-
Please also mention any of the above conditions to your service provider before your scheduled treatment begins.
-
The consumption of alcohol before, during or directly after spa treatments is not recommended. We reserve the right to cease a treatment if alcohol is contraindicated for a scheduled treatment.
-
We recommend that pregnant women avoid treatments using deep pressure and aromatherapy oils, as well as treatments that are heat-related.
