Spa Policies
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
If you cannot make your appointment please call us as soon as possible. Your service provider does not get paid for missed appointments.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you are late your service time may have to be shortened.
We provide robes, sandals and lockers for personal items. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We request that you leave all jewelry at home.
If you have special needs, please notify the desk staff when booking your appointment.
We accept cash, checks, Visa & Master Card.
Tipping is never required, but is greatly appreciated. We are not able to add tips to a credit card payment.
